4. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation 15 days or more before check-in: 100% refund (minus any applicable payment gateway fees).

  • Cancellation between 7 to 14 days before check-in: 50% refund of the total booking amount.

  • Cancellation less than 7 days before check-in: No refund.

  • No-show: Treated as a cancellation less than 7 days before check-in; no refund will be provided.

All cancellation requests must be sent to us in writing via email at contact@the3arrowshills.com. The date of the email will be considered the official cancellation date.

5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed according to the Cancellation Policy outlined above.

  • Any eligible refund will be processed within 5-7 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation.

  • The refund will be credited to the original source of payment (e.g., the same bank account or credit card used for the transaction).

  • The time for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank’s processing time.

  • Early Departure: No refund will be provided for unused nights due to an early departure.

Force Majeure: In the event of a cancellation due to extraordinary circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government travel bans, extreme weather conditions), we will offer a full credit note for a future stay within one year. A cash refund may not be applicable in such scenarios.
